Gastric Bypass Patients:
 

  1. Chewable Multivitamin twice a day.  Available in Orange Citrus or Berry.
  2. Calcium:
    1. Calcium Citrate Lozenges: three times a day.  Available in Cinnamon, Chocolate, Wild Cherry, and Mint.
    2. Calcium Crystals- Drink Mix: twice a day. Available in Unflavored, Lemon-Lime, and Raspberry. (Mix crystals in 4 to 8 oz of room temperature water, may chill after mixed if desired.)
    3. Calcium Citrate Chewy Bites:  five chews a day.  Available in Chocolate and Lemon Cream.
  1. Chewable Iron 29mg: once a day.  (Iron cannot be taken with Calcium). Available in Passion Fruit.
  2.  Vitamin B12
    1. May take 1000 mcg sublingual daily. Available in Black Cherry OR
    2. May take monthly injections of 1000 mcg.

Lap- Band patients:
