Support Group

The Mercy Comprehensive Bariatric Program began its support group in 2002. The group meets on the 1 st and 3 rd Tuesdays of every month from 6:00-7:00pm. The meeting is at Mercy Medical Center in the Leiter Room (behind the gift shop).

The support group is patient run. The range of topics is broad including: plastic surgery, exercise information, diabetes education, behavioral sessions, dietary information, clothing exchange, Christmas party and visits from the surgeons.
